Nerve injuries have traditionally been repaired with sutures, and this method is considered the gold standard technique in the management of nerve injuries. However, fibrin glue has recently become a promising tool for repairing nerve injuries and has advantages including ease of usability, atraumatic application technique, and decreased co-optation time of the nerves. This study aims to clinically evaluate the efficacy of nerve repair with fibrin glue compared with the usual suture technique in terms of sensory and motor outcomes.
