This study examined the deficiency rate in technical and management requirements among the operational and technical evaluation contents noted by evaluation committee members in the quality control field evaluation. In terms of management requirements, deficiencies in organization, quality system, document management, and record management were analyzed. Technical requirements include personnel, facilities, and environmental conditions. We analyzed the rate of deficiencies in the risk management of testing equipment, standard materials, sample management, and test reports.
