In this article, we considered the use of system control methods in modern conditions, determined the possibility of observing the development of young football players, and developing certain physical qualities through special exercises. One of the ways to improve the quality of the testing control process is to determine the level of coordination and introduce tests into this process, which should ensure the improvement of coordination abilities. The positive features of the use of the exercises proposed by us are the simplicity of testing, the convenience of performing them, and the informativeness of the results. The use of systematic control methods makes it possible not only to observe the level of development of coordination capabilities of young football players, but also to develop certain physical qualities through special exercises. Which, in turn, increases the level of effectiveness of training classes, at the preparatory stage, and at the same time establishes a certain non-verbal connection between the coach and the player. On the basis of literary sources, available forms of testing and practical experience, we investigated the correlation of test results with the age-related capabilities of young football players. According to the research results, practical recommendations were proposed (Tables No. 1; 2) Further research is planned in the direction of experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of the use of special equipment, which is intended for the collection and analysis of system control data of the level of physical fitness with the implementation of the decision-making procedure for managing the training process of athletes.
