This study aims to identify the skills of sign language interpreters, using the descriptive analytical approach, with a sample of (40) teachers of people with hearing disabilities. It also used a questionnaire. The study also used a number of statistical methods. The results indicated a very high agreement among the members of the study sample on the items. The questionnaire demonstrated the importance of these skills for the sign language interpreter to fully perform his work. The results of this study also resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of responses of the study sample members, which is attributed to the gender variable (males/females).
