This empirical study investigates the antecedents that influence the adoption of digital banking services among Generation Z professionals in the Jakarta area, using the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) framework and the Information System Success Model (ISSM) framework which are mutually integrated in this research.Total analysis of survey data collected from 322 Generation Z individuals working in the Jakarta area revealed that hedonic motivation and satisfaction with service quality determine usage intentions, while financial management habits directly influence actual system usage. These findings offer a tailored adoption model with practical insights in increasing young professionals' engagement with digital banking technology in Indonesia. This research contributes by addressing the gap in understanding the differences between developed and developing markets, towards expanding financial inclusion and technology readiness among the younger generation demographic in Indonesia's digital economy, especially in the context of digital banking which is currently developing rapidly.
