Transmitting information via a public channel without unauthorized interception is a major concern that leads to the idea of hiding information using cryptographic techniques or obscuring it in a media using steganography algorithms. This article proposes a two-level security image steganography method, (i) using a DNA sequence, the message to be sent is encrypted, (ii) by applying the least significant bits (LSB) technique, this encrypted message is hidden in an image. This combination of DNA-based cryptography and steganography provides two levels of security that ensures confidential transmission, as demonstrated by the experiments conducted.
