Legal basis for the functioning of training centers for professional training of penitentiary personnel in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the establishment of training centers that train penitentiary personnel of Ukraine as centers of penitentiary personnel professional training. The author outlines the procedure and implementation of professional training of personnel of the penitentiary system of Ukraine in the training centers of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine. The author identifies the main stages of development of training centers that provided professional training for penitentiary personnel in Ukraine. The legal basis for the emergence, formation and development of the organization of professional training of penitentiary personnel in training centers is determined. The legal basis for the establishment of the Dnipro Center for Advanced Training of Personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine is determined. The author outlines the procedure and implementation of professional training of penitentiary system personnel in the Dnipro Center for Advanced Training of Personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine. The legal basis for the establishment of the Bila Tserkva Center for Advanced Training of Personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine is formed. The author outlines the procedure and implementation of professional training of personnel of the penitentiary system of Ukraine at the Bila Tserkva Center for Advanced Training of Personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine. The legal grounds for the establishment of the Khmelnytskyi Center for Advanced Training of Personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine are characterized. The procedure and implementation of professional training of personnel of the penitentiary system of Ukraine in the Khmelnytskyi Center for Advanced Training of Personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine is outlined. The author characterizes the main achievements of the educational process in the educational centers that train penitentiary personnel as centers for professional training of penitentiary personnel.
