In this work, a unique kind of electrochemical sensor was created by electropolymerizing yellow PX4R on the surface of bare carbon paste electrode (BCPE). The poly (yellow PX4R) modified carbon paste electrodes (MCPE) showed a significant electrocatalytic activity for both mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and dopamine (DA). Many variables were examined, such as the effects of concentration, pH, and scan rate as well as the simultaneous analysis of DA and MMF. The recommended method required 95–97.5% recovery rates for the extremely sensitive and recoverable detection of MMF in actual samples. Additionally, the manufactured electrode was able to attain low detection limits of 1.7 and 2.0 µM for DA and MMF, respectively.
