The route planning problem of on-site transport vehicles is studied for wind farms during the construction period. Influenced by the size of goods and the volume of transportation operations, transport vehicles are prone to generate roadway traffic conflicts when traveling in opposite directions from both ends on the same two-way lane. To address this problem, the priority order of transport vehicles is designed, and a model is constructed using time-space network to carry out route planning for vehicles. The goal of the model is to minimize the total time of all transport vehicles in the wind farm, including driving time and meeting waiting time. The model is solved using the Gurobi solver in conjunction with an actual large-scale wind farm road network, and multiple arithmetic cases are constructed for validation and analysis.
