This study began with a general goal of producing new skills among Egyptian university students within the framework of a digital educational application. In order to achieve the goal, the basic study employed a semiexperimental application on creativity to show (21) female students from the Department of Educational Media at the Faculty of Specific Education, University of Germany, with accreditation.Based on a set of tools, the study reached a greater number of results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the female students in the study group in the pre-and post-measurements of the cognitive test for the structure of media education skills in favor of the post-measurement.There is also a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the female students in the study group in the pre-and post-measurements of the assessment card for the quality of media message production in favor of the post-measurement.At the theoretical level, the results revealed that digital media education has imposed itself on the research and academic arena, as research interest in it has increased in recent years at the Arab level in general, and the Egyptian level in particular. This interest has been matched by another interest by some organizations and universities, which is to establish Conferences, seminars, or workshops on media education, as well as establishing media education centers or units in some colleges, in addition to successive recommendations to include digital media education as a subject in all stages and levels of education.
