The problem of developing network positioning technology in Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) denied environment, using software-defined radio (SDR), has become highly relevant in the past years. The OTDOA (Observed Time Difference of Arrival) positioning method, specified in the LTE and 5G NR standard, allows to solve the problem of determining the User Equipment (UE) location with sub-meter accuracy. For experimental validation of the solution of software-defined radio network positioning technology design in the global coordinate system it is necessary to realize the transmission of eNB own coordinates together with the reference signals, by which the UE performs range-difference measurements. In the present study, the procedures for eNB own navigation data acquisition, coding, transmission, reception, processing and visualization are formalized, implemented in software and experimentally verified.
