The article analyzes the problem of the ambiguous infl uence of esports on the health of players. The risks of the negative eff ects of esports on physical and mental health and the positive impact on the development of players have been identi-fi ed. The results of a survey on the impact of esports on the health of players are presented. The possibility of an optimal combination of a healthy lifestyle and successful performances of players in esports has been revealed.
