One of the health problems in pregnant women is anemia. Anemia in pregnant women can harm the mother and fetus conceived. In pregnant women, anemia can cause abortion, premature birth, antepartum hemorrhage, and low fetal birth weight. This study aims to determine the effect of dates and vitamin D consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This research was carried out in the working area of the Pantoloan Health Center in Palu City. The research method used is quasi-experimental with the group pre-test-post-test method. The research results from 20 respondents generally showed increased hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This study concludes that there is an effect of the consumption of dates and vitamin D on increasing Hb levels of pregnant women.
