This study examines the collaborative project management strategies used by Jocson College to foster industry partnerships within its Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology program, essential for bridging theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Existing literature underscores the value of such collaborations in enhancing educational outcomes and career readiness. Using a quantitative research design, surveys were distributed to faculty members, industry representatives, and fourth-year students to gather perceptions on the effectiveness of these partnerships. Findings reveal a strong consensus on their value, with a mean rating of 3.88, indicating significant appreciation across all groups. These partnerships enhance student learning, provide networking opportunities, and facilitate career pathways. The study informs educational institutions, industry stakeholders, and policymakers about best practices and challenges in collaborative project management for aviation maintenance education. By identifying effective strategies and areas for improvement, the research aims to guide other institutions in developing robust industry partnerships, aligning academic programs with industry standards, and ensuring graduates are well-prepared for the aviation sector.
