With the increasing penetration rate of renewable energy with volatility and uncertainty, flexibility has become an important factor to consider in the operation of the power system. To study the grid-connected dispatching and benefit analysis of CSP plants considering flexible supply-demand balance in the electricity market, the output level of CSP is modeled according to the internal steady state energy flow relationship. Secondly, we model the supply-demand characteristics of flexible resources. Finally, we establish an optimization dispatching model that considers the penalty of insufficient flexibility. The calculation example verifies the effectiveness of considering flexibility supply-demand balance and CSP plants in improving system flexibility.
