Less than 1% of penis squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) cases are caused by penile clear cell carcinoma. Correctly classifying SCCs, whether HPV associated or not, will create awareness regarding this entity. We now have a case study in the instance of a male patient of 65-year-old who has had penile growth for the past two years. On ultrasonographical (USG) examination, there was no apparent lesion elsewhere other than the penile growth and there was no signicant lymphadenopathy. A biopsy of the circumcision lesion showed distinct, clearly dened cell characteristics of the tumor, which was not starting from the penile skin but rather from the surface epithelium's mucosal tissue. Immunohistochemical (IHC) stains were diffusely positive for p16 and p40.
