This study examined the impact of college students' perceptions of the food insecurity on healthy eating habits and life satisfaction. Based on total of 227 college students obtained from the empirical study. This study used SPSS (Version 22.0) and AMOS (Version 20.0) for the analyses. This study examines the structural relationship of this causal model. The results of the study showed that food insecurity perceived by college students decreased healthy eating habits and life satisfaction, and the results also confirmed that unhealthy eating habits led to a decrease in life satisfaction. The study found that the higher college students perceived their level of food insecurity, the more they developed unhealthy eating habits and the lower their life satisfaction, suggesting the need to address the potential endogeneity problem of food insecurity.
