This study is a one-group pretest-posttest design aimed to confirm factors influencing problem-solving ability, the effects of premature apnea scenario-based simulation training on nursing college, and its correlation to communication competency, learning satisfaction, problem solving ability, and problem-solving ability of nursing college students.Data collected before and after Premature Apnea scenario Simulation-based training.Collected data was analyzed using SPSS/WIN 24.0, descriptive statistics, pared-t, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The mean score in communication competency and problem solving ability increased statistically significantly after Simulation-based training.Problem-solving ability had statistically significant positive correlations with communication competency and learning satisfaction.Communication competency had statistically significant positive correlations with Learning Satisfaction. It was found that their problem solving ability was affected by communication competency and learning satisfaction at statistically significant levels. To help nursing college students or future nurses improve their problemsolving ability, attention must be paid to improving their communication competency and learning satisfaction in simulation training education courses. As a result, the analysis of this study confirms that simulation-based learning is an effective teaching method for improving communication competency, learning satisfaction, and problem-solving abilities in nursing students. To foster problem-solving abilities in nursing students, instructors must develop instructional strategies and teaching methods to enhance learning satisfaction and communication competency.
