Quality control is the result of the conformity of a product made by a producer with what consumers expect. Researchers focus on shoe outsoles which have problems, namely differences in outsole length, size defects, shoe outsole length. The method used is statistical quality control (SQC). Statistical quality control is a method that uses probability theory in examining and testing samples using static equipment. This research used a sample of 2250 pairs of soles, and obtained a total of 150 pairs of defects, the defect size of 41 shoe outsoles was 55, percent 36.7, cum % 36.7. Defect 43 amounted to 52 shoe soles, percent 34.7, cum% 71.3, and defect 42 amounted to 43 shoe soles, percent 28.7, cum% 100.0.
