Article investigates enforcement roles of cadastral engineers in land and property regulation, suggesting improved oversight mechanisms.
The article studies the powers of the control and supervisory authorities in the frame of regulating the land and property relations. The research is relevant due to the fact that despite considerable elaboration of the control and supervisory activities within the land law, there still exists a problem of juridical and technical enforcement in detecting the violations. Thus, the possibility to partly au-thorise the cadastral engineers the right to detect such violations while performing the cadastral works and updating the information about the real estate objects is investigated.
