aims: Design a new type of track suspension to optimize and reduce the vibration impact of the uneven ground, which has a very severe vibration impact when the tracked vehicle is driving in the field. background: When the crawler engineering vehicle is driving in the field, the uneven ground has a very severe vibration impact on it, which affects efficiency and comfort. This paper discusses various patents and designs a new type of sliding viscoelastic suspension for crawler engineering vehicles. objective: The purpose of the study is to design a new type of sliding viscoelastic suspension for crawler engineering vehicle. It is used to solve the problem that the existing crawler engineering vehicle supporting wheel adopts rigid connection, and its walking mechanism is easy to produce severe vibration and impact. This affects the service life of vehicle components and the comfort of driving, and may also cause the risk of track derailment. method: In this study, the recent patents of the crawler engineering vehicle suspension were investigated, and a new type of crawler engineering vehicle with sliding viscoelastic suspension was designed. A single-degree-of-freedom piecewise asymmetric nonlinear vibration model was established according to the structural characteristics and nonlinear characteristics of the new suspension. And the amplitude-frequency characteristic equation near the resonance region of the natural frequency of the system was derived by the averaging method. result: The resonance frequency of the crawler engineering vehicle can be avoided by using the new type of sliding viscoelastic suspension, and the force transmissibility coefficient rises slowly in the natural frequency resonance region, and the damping performance is better; the amplitude of vibration displacement changes very little, which meets the requirements of bearing strength and stability under heavy loads. It is suitable for working under low frequency and large load conditions, and its mechanical characteristic parameters should be matched with the loaded mass. conclusion: The new type of sliding viscoelastic suspension for crawler engineering vehicles can improve the vibration reduction performance of the crawler engineering vehicles, the service life of the vehicle components, and the comfort of driving. The theory and analysis method in this paper can be applied to the design optimization of high-quality viscoelastic suspension. other: This article takes the viscoelastic suspension applied to a certain type of crawler vehicle as its research object. The nonlinear theory is used to analyze the amplitude-frequency characteristics and damping performance of the new suspension near the natural frequency resonance region, as well as the relationship between the system parameters and the amplitude-frequency characteristics. It provides a theoretical basis for the design optimization of viscoelastic suspension.
