The purpose of this study is to identify research trends on successful aging based on lifelong education. Through a systematic literature review, 105 papers from domestic academic journals were selected and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that since the aging society began in 2017, research has expanded and related papers have been published in various academic fields, a successful aging scale has been developed in Korea, and quantitative research targeting the elderly has accounted for a large portion. . Quantitative research variables were mainly used as variables at the psycho-emotional level as well as participation in lifelong education. In addition, it was confirmed that research is mainly being conducted to identify psycho-emotional predictors of lifelong education and successful aging. Based on these results, suggestions for follow-up research were presented.
