The article presents the results of a survey of a group of minors who are registered in criminal enforcement inspections as sentenced to punishment without isolation from society. They studied: the general level of delinquency and its particular indicators; depressive tendencies and the level of personal resources to overcome them. The types of adolescents are presented depending on the combination of delinquency and depression levels.
