Implementation Of a Work Safety and Management System (SMK3) To Reduce The Impact Of Work Accidents Using Macro Ergonomic Analysis and Design (MEAD) Method in PT Esprobag

The purpose of this study is to reduce the impact of the level of work accidents with the Macro Ergonomic Analysis and Design (MEAD) method related to occupational health and safety at PT Esprobags. The results showed that from the questionnaires that have been distributed health insurance from the company and periodic health checks carried out by the company are the main indicators complained by employees. Special attention is needed in maintaining water cleanliness. The availability of water does not stand out but is often used by employees. Clean water will provide good oxygen for the employee's body and make employee performance more focused. Similarly, clean water in the bathroom is also often used by employees. Paying attention to health insurance is also a right for employees that must be fulfilled by business owner
