The study underscores the multifaceted nature of customer satisfaction determinants, suggesting the need for a balanced approach combining technology with personalized service. Continuous improvement opportunities were identified, providing insights for restaurant operators to refine strategies and better align with customer expectations. Practical Implications: While this study offers valuable insights into Italian restaurant management, it has limitations, including its qualitative nature and reliance on self-reported data. Social Implications: Nonetheless, the findings contribute to the existing body of knowledge and offer practical implications for restaurant operators aiming to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Originality/Value: By recognizing the interconnectedness of management practices and adopting customer-centric approaches, Italian restaurants can position themselves for sustained success in a competitive culinary landscape.
