The purpose of this study was to assess safety skills possessed by metalwork technology Education students in Nigeria certificate in education (Technical) awarding institutions in Kaduna state, two research questions and two null hypotheses tested at 0.05 level of significance guided the study, a descriptive survey research was adapted for the study.The population of the study comprised 50 metalwork technology education students in Nigeria certificate in education (Technical) awarding institutions.An observational checklist consisting of 24 items was used as the data collection instruments.
