Analysis of factors influencing the severity of electric two wheeled vehicle accidents based on standard polynomial logit model

In order to study the influencing factors of road traffic accidents of two-wheel electric vehicles on the degree of injury of riders, the influencing factors of the degree of injury of two wheel electric vehicle riders were analyzed.Collect the data of two wheeled electric vehicle traffic accidents in a region of Shandong Province from 2010 to 2019, and carry out descriptive statistical analysis to select 10 influencing factors related to the severity of traffic accidents.The standard polynomial logit model is used to analyze the injury severity of two wheel electric vehicle riders, and the importance of related factors is ranked.The research shows that the most important factors affecting the severity of injury of two wheeled electric vehicle riders are the age of riders, whether there is illegal behavior, collision angle, gender of riders and so on.The research conclusion can provide decision-making reference for the accident prevention of electric two wheeled vehicles.
