Applying the holographic method, we investigate one- and two-point correlation functions of a boundary conformal field theory. To describe boundary conformal field theory, we consider an end of the world brane in an asymptotic AdS space which behaves as a boundary of the dual conformal field theory. Using this geometry, we calculate correlation functions including the reflection effect at the boundary. We show that, when the end of the world brane has no degrees of freedom, the holographic calculation reproduces the correlation functions known in the boundary conformal field theory. We further consider an end of the world brane having nontrivial degrees of freedom and evaluate the correlation functions affected by the boundary entropy. We show that the reflected two-point function is related to the square of the one-point function with a coefficient relying on the boundary entropy.
