Mineral waters are food products that have health-improving and therapeutic eff ects on the human body. Research was carried out on commercial samples of mineral water sold in retail chains in the city of Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region. Commodity examination of the selected samples from Pyaterochka supermarkets showed full compliance of the sample of the trademark Natural mineral medicinal table carbonated water “Novoterskaya tselebnaya” with the requirements of GOST R 54316-2020, while the sample of water of the trademark Natural mineral medicinal table carbonated water “Novoterskaya tselebnaya” showed the absence of sodium and potassium ions stated in the labeling.
