Qualitative analysis shows deficient macroelement and microelement levels in bottled water samples, indicating quality issues.
The desire for a healthy lifestyle has led to the fact that an increasing number of people prefer to use packaged drinking water for daily use at home and for cooking. At the same time, it should be useful for the human body, meet the criterion of physiological completeness in terms of the content of essential macro- and microelements, and have good taste. With drinking water a person can get up to 20% of the daily dose of calcium, up to 25% of magnesium, up to 50-80% of fluorine. Therefore, quality assessment of packaged drinking water is one of the main tasks today. Within the framework of this work, the quality of water packaged in containers produced in the Republic of Tatarstan was assessed for compliance with the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1116-02. It is revealed that 17 samples received in the Testing Center do not meet the standards of physiological completeness of macro- and microelement composition. The nomenclature of indicators for assessing the quality level of water samples was determined and the method of qualimetry for selecting the best sample of bottled water was tested. SanPin requirements for the relevant indicators served as a quality standard. Since the quality of the object is manifested first of all through its properties, the weight of the most significant for consumers indicators using the expert method was determined to assess the quality. Selection of the best sample of bottled water for compliance with its physiological completeness to the requirements of regulatory documentation was carried out using a comprehensive method of quality assessment. As a result of the conducted research water samples № 14, 15, 17 have a relatively high level of quality, but not enough to meet the basic level of quality.
