Síndrome de burnout en profesionales de la salud desde una perspectiva bioética

Background:The practice of the medical profession is very demanding due to the expertise required by clinical practice and careful attention to patients.Objectives: To raise awareness about the vulnerability of health professionals in their work environment.To demonstrate that respect for people includes patients and those who care for them.Method: Descriptive analysis of the healthcare work environment and application of bioethical and anthropological principles to labor arguments.Results: Reveal the layers of pressures that these professionals face with the danger of burnout.Health workers are people who must be cared for and understood when there is suspicion or evidence of job burnout, depersonalization, routine, and meaningless work.
