Two new isomorphic lanthanide coordination polymers (Ln-CPs), [Tb2(DCTPA)3(DMSO)2]n and [Eu2(DCTPA)3(DMSO)2H2O]n (denoted as DCTPA-Tb and DCTPA-Eu), are constructed using the dichloroterephthalate ligand and Ln3+ (Tb3+ or Eu3+) ions under solvothermal conditions. DCTPA-Tb and DCTPA-Eu show similar but different three-dimensional frameworks. Then, six two-color doped DCTPA-EuxTb1–x are fabricated by doping diverse concentrations of Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions based on DCTPA-Tb. Interestingly, in the process of doping, with an increase in the proportion of Eu3+ ions, the luminous color changes from green to red. When the color is basically unchanged, the structure will also change when the proportion of Eu3+ continues to increase.
