The aim of this paper is to present a class of integer [Formula: see text] matrices related to numerical semigroups with embedding dimension 4, generated by four integers [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] such that [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]. For a matrix [Formula: see text] of this class, we describe the Apéry set with respect to [Formula: see text], of the numerical semigroup related to [Formula: see text].
