In the process ofurban planning and design in reality, there are some problems and challenges which are influenced by various factors. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to discuss the content, key points and the relationship between urban planning and urban-rural planning, in order to achieve a deeper level of thinking and learning about rational urban planning and design.
