Following extensive damage incurred by severe natural disasters, the imperative arises to efficiently coordinate and mobilize diverse emergency repair resources and personnel to swiftly reinstate the power system. This research paper addresses the problem of power system recovery post-disaster, while also incorporating the intricate aspect of road recovery, through the formulation of a multi-party cooperative game model. A solution methodology founded upon Lagrange relaxation is presented, allowing for the systematic division of the complex primary problem into two sub-game problems, each of which is optimized independently. The efficacy of the proposed method is rigorously assessed through the examination of various examples with differing scales and simulations that simulate power system recovery following an earthquake in Yunnan province. The results affirm that the method can swiftly provide exceptional post-disaster recovery deployment strategies.
