A novel method for synthesizing multi-beam patterns in rectangular grid planar arrays is proposed to simultaneously reduce inter-beam interference and enhance equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP). A beam direction correction procedure has been incorporated to consecutively calibrate the beams, thereby ensuring meticulous control over beam pointing. A fine balance between the signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) and the EIRP can be facilitated by embracing a multi-objective optimization approach to generate multiple results featuring diverse indicators in a single run. Furthermore, the amplitude and phase excitation have been quantified considering possible errors come from devices, making this method appeal to practical applications. The results shows that the proposed method boasts distinct advantages in reducing inter-beam interference while concurrently enhancing EIRP.
