This study looks into the complex connection between resilience and thankfulness in young adults. Gratitude is a good feeling that is felt when one receives advantages from others. It has been studied extensively in psychology because it may play a role in promoting psychological well-being. Conversely, resilience is the capacity to overcome hardship and preserve mental well-being in the face of difficulties. Although these concepts have been connected to different facets of mental health on their own, there is still much to learn about how they interact and may have an impact on one another, especially in the setting of early adulthood. Findings from this study aim to contribute to a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying psychological resilience in young adults, shedding light on the potential role of gratitude as a protective factor against adversity
