Researchers' interest in the phenomena of final-year students' preparation for the workforce served as the impetus for this study. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether final-year students' self efficacy and career adaptability are related. In order to ascertain the relationship between existent variables, this research is a sort of quantitative research that use correlation research methodologies. 1856 Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo final-year students made up the study's sample. The Isaac and Michael table was used to choose the 298 student which became sample , which was then randomly chosen with a 5% error rate. The Spearman analysis used to assess the research data produced a correlation value of 0.378 and a P-Value of 0.001 (p0.005) with value of R2 9,2%. The results of data analysis show that there is a weak relationship between self-efficacy and career adaptability in final year students at Muhammadiyah University of sidaorjo
