This paper presents the design and analysis of a metasurface(MTS) based patch antenna optimized for efficient conversion of linear to circular polarization (LP to CP) with high gain. The unit cell is analyzed through rigorous simulation and optimization, a 3x3 array of replicated unit cell is seamlessly integrated into a microstrip patch antenna. This integration leads to significant improvements in gain and enables efficient LP to CP conversion capabilities. The antenna is designed for a frequency range of 7.31 GHz to 7.65 GHz with a peak gain of 10.64dBiC at 7.6GHz. The axial ratio bandwidth is from 7.57GHz to 7.65GHz. This research showcases the potential of metasurfaces and Fabry-Perot cavity in advance wireless communication systems, emphasizing their enhanced efficiency and functionality.
