A Photovoltaic (PV) cell can't harness its maximum power for various reasons. This research focuses on enhancing the electrical power yield from solar energy systems. Photovoltaic (PV) arrays operate Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) techniques optimizing power generation and system efficiency. This study investigates the effectiveness of Perturb and Observe (P&O), Incremental Conductance (INC), and the combined Constant Voltage and Incremental Conductance (CV &INC) algorithms. This study proposes the combined Constant Voltage and Incremental Conductance (CV &INC) approach with a refined iterative step size to mitigate power oscillations somewhere about the maximum power point (MPP). The results of MATLAB Simulink simulations demonstrate that the combined Constant Voltage and Incremental Conductance (CV &INC) approach surpasses both the traditional Incremental Conductance (INC) and Perturb and Observe (P&O) strategies in terms of dynamic responsiveness and steady-state functioning by almost 2.56% and 0.32% respectively.
