Aiming at the judgment that the interface joints between different material parts of high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders are prone to fatigue damage under repeated charging and discharging conditions, the progressive damage finite element model of nonmetal-metal-nonmetal multi-dimensional composite hydrogen storage cylinders is established. Thestress distribution and static strength of composite hydrogen storage cylinders are analyzed, and the influence law of winding composite technology on the stress distribution and static strength of composite hydrogen storage cylinders is studied.
