The multi-dimensional WC-10Co4Cr coating was prepared on 316 stainless steel by using HVOF spraying, and the impact of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure, cavitation resistance, and mechanical properties of the multi-dimensional WC-10Co4Cr coating was studied. Heat treatment at higher temperatures leads to lower porosity and upper hardness of the coating. Meanwhile, oxidation products such as CoWO 4 and Cr 2 O 3 were produced at 500°C. The coating has the best anti-cavitation performance after heat treatment at 300°C.
