Steroid inhaler usage is the cornerstone of asthma management. This case report describes the development of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) in a 69-year-old female following the use of Symbicort for the management of asthma. The association between inhaled corticosteroids and CSCR is discussed, highlighting the need for awareness among health-care providers.
