Development of Profile Deviation Analysis Methodology Blade Pen of Research Lot Using Compression and Information Conversion Methods

As part of the implementation of the concept of the “digital twin” of the Gas Turbine development, a methodology for analyzing deviations in the profile of the fan blade using the example of a research batch using compression and information conversion methods has been proposed. This approach allows detecting incorrectly measured blades, comparing the coordinates of the manufactured profile with those specified in the drawing simultaneously for all controlled sections of the blade, conducting an operational analysis and deciding on the need to take into account the actual geometry of the blades in the calculation models “as manufactured” transmitting the results to the digital platform module for creating digital twins for virtual tests of the actual configuration of the assembly or GTE as a whole.
