The dynamism and uncertainty of the modern educational space necessitates the need for teachers who are capable of effectively implementing educational and research projects aimed at modernizing the educational process. Among scholars (A. Bates, H. Breslavska, N. Ivanova, H. Roessingh, Ye. Khrykov and others), there are different views on the pedagogical conditions for the formation of project competence, which generates many discussions and requires further study.
