In this paper, through the establishment of effective positioning model and circular UAV adjustment model, the influence of increasing the number of transmitted signal UAV on the effective positioning rate and UAV position adjustment scheme is studied. First of all, in the effective positioning model, through the received angle information, all the feasible solutions are calculated, and the northern goshawk optimization algorithm is used to calculate the optimal solution to obtain the effective positioning rate corresponding to the current increase in the number of UAVs. Secondly, in the circular UAV adjustment model, the on-time UAV, the benchmark UAV and the received angle information are determined, and the adjustment scheme of nine UAV from FY01 to FY09 is obtained by using the northern goshawk optimization algorithm. The research results show that when 5 UAVs are added, the effective positioning can be achieved, and the effective positioning rate is 82.7%. On the other hand, the position adjustment scheme of circular formation UAV requires only two UAV as transmitting signal UAV, and there are only four cases in all angles. These research results have important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the effective positioning rate of UAV system and adjusting the position of UAV.
