Usage of mobile devices, such smart phones and tablets, has significantly increased as a result of the development of wireless communication technology. The possible health consequences of being exposed to the electromagnetic radiation that these gadgets emit, however, have drawn attention. One important statistic for determining how quickly the human body absorbs electromagnetic radiation when exposed to it is the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). Because of differences in antenna designs among other considerations, SAR values range amongst various mobile devices. This study presents a thorough analysis of SAR, covering approaches to compute SAR values for various devices, measurement strategies employing instruments such asDASY6, and possible health consequences and preventive actions associated with SAR exposure from mobile devices
