Long-baseline neutrino oscillation experiments offer a unique laboratory to test the fundamental Lorentz symmetry, which is at the heart of both the standard model of particle and general relativity theory. The sidereal modulation in neutrino events will act as the smoking-gun experimental signature of Lorentz and <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><a:mrow><a:mi>C</a:mi><a:mi>P</a:mi><a:mi>T</a:mi></a:mrow></a:math> violation. In this study, we investigate the impact of the sidereal effect on standard neutrino oscillation measurements within the context of the NuMI Off-Axis <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><c:msub><c:mi>ν</c:mi><c:mi>e</c:mi></c:msub></c:math> Appearance Experiment (<e:math xmlns:e="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><e:mi>NO</e:mi><e:mi>ν</e:mi><e:mi mathvariant="normal">A</e:mi></e:math>) experiment. Additionally, we assess the sensitivity of the <h:math xmlns:h="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><h:mi>NO</h:mi><h:mi>ν</h:mi><h:mi mathvariant="normal">A</h:mi></h:math> experiment to detect Lorentz-violating interactions, taking into account the sidereal effect. Furthermore, we highlight the potential of the <k:math xmlns:k="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><k:mi>NO</k:mi><k:mi>ν</k:mi><k:mi mathvariant="normal">A</k:mi></k:math> experiment to set new constraints on anisotropic Lorentz-violating parameters.
