The Role of Natural and Climatic Projects in Legal Support of Environmental and Climate Security of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the role of natural-climate projects in the legal support of environmental and climate security of the Russian Federation, taking into account the provisions of the new Strategy for scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation, as well as the Climate Doctrine of the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the analysis of legislation in the implementation of a pilot project to create carbon polygons and carbon farms on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as the use of nature-like technologies, a conclusion is formulated about the need for further adaptation of climate legislation, ensuring the implementation of natural climate projects, with environmental legislation.
