this paper introduces a compact CPW (Coplanar Waveguide) UWB (Ultra-Wideband) transparent antenna for mm-wave 5G. To achieve the desired resonant frequencies with ultra-wideband characteristics, the patch element assumes a pentagonal shape featuring two rectangular slits. The proposed antenna operates across the frequency range of 20 to 46 GHz, with three resonant frequencies observed at 22.15 GHz, 28 GHz, and 39.34 GHz. The proposed antenna design has been optimized using HFSS ((High Frequency Structure Simulator software). The antenna achieves a peak gain of 6.0 dB on average. The overall dimensions of this antenna measure 20×20×1.48mm³. It should be emphasized that the suggested antenna is viable for functioning across different regions, encompassing the USA, Japan, Korea, and Europe.
